The Diversity Infusion Syndicate seeks to diversify the landscape of Triathlon by offering new and growing demographics a high quality, unique:
Education about and introduction to the sport of Triathlon
Transition to long course and/or competitive Triathlon
Method of coaching and grooming under-represented demographic group in the Triathlon Community, Muslim Women and Women of Color.
Khadijah's goal is to build upon proven and tested methods, science, her experience as a Woman, an African-American and a Hijabi in the sport of Triathlon, as well as relationships with specialists in swimming, cycling, running, nutrition, strength training and yoga to provide a World-class coaching experience at minimal cost to committed triathletes.

The Diversity Infusion Syndicate Mission
Khadijah's Mission as an athlete has been to change the World one race at a time. Now as a USA Triathlon Certified Coach, she would like to expand and share that mission as a mentor and coach, by three (3) athletes every year, with the intention that they will also "pay it forward", to exponentially create positive change through the sport of Triathlon.
