2020 Race Results

The Year of a New Beginning - La Empieza

In the past, Khadijah dedicated races as the year progressed, dedicating events to family and friends or someone fighting, surviving or lost to cancer. In some cases they have been one in the same. For 2020 she made only  ONE dedication. After receiving the blessing of her husband, this dedication was to Dawn Davis Calhoun and her family. Khadijah had dedicated races to Dawn in the past, IM Ohio 70.3 just in 2019 and ITU World Championships in Denmark. But 2020, the entire race season was to be DEDICATED TO and UPLIFTED BY Dawn Davis Calhoun's memory, her spirit and her legacy.

"Ese fue su destino, dar fuerza a los demás" - Antonio Verdera (Her destiny was to give strength to others.)

Like some many, the 2020 race season did NOT go to plan due the the Corona-virus Pandemic. Khadijah was only able to complete one (1) event. "I pray Dawn was proud of my effort." The remaining events Khadijah opted out, elected to defer to 2021, were moved to 2021 or were canceled.:
